Hillsboro, OR, USA has entered into a definitive agreement under which it will acquire Mile High Test Services. This will be our second North American acquisition in just over a year. Gardien now has a presence in California, Oregon, Minnesota, Colorado, Texas, New Hampshire USA and Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Joining forces with MHT allows us to expand our service offering to include scanning and reverse engineering as well as the ability to manufacture functional fixtures.
